Back in 2007, Q-Tip & Common announced that they were to form a super group called The Standard - however nothing came to light, in a similar vein to that of CRS (KanYe, Lupe & Pharrell). However, in a recent interview with NYDN, NaS said that he "definitely" plans on doing an album with Tip & Comm in the future, fuelling speculation that the duo could well become a trio. Kamaal is currently working on his third studio album, and the follow up to 'The Renaissance', while NaS is readying his next LP 'Life Is Good'. We can live in hope.

Two of favourite tracks from Chiddy Bang's highly anticipated debut album 'Breakfast', which dropped today in America and will be released next week in the UK. Both tracks possess all of the distinctive qualities that have made people fall in love with the alternative Hip-Hop duo over the past few years - refreshing beats, clever samples, infectious choruses, dope bars and Chiddy's undeniably cool flow. This album is basically everything that Lupe Fiasco wanted to achieve with 'Lasers', but a much more cohesive project, with a much better concept. Pre-order HERE.

Whilst on the red carpet at the Brits last night Example revealed that a track called 'Throw It All Away' with Ed Sheeran is nearly ready for release. Gleave told Capital FM's showbiz reporter Kevin Hughes that they "worked on it a bit in LA and I sent the final vocals to his engineer the other day so we're going to finish it and then we're going to give it away".
