Your Eyes Lie ASOS Sweater

ASOS bring this exclusive sweater to us from Your Eyes Lie. A pure cotton sweatshirt with a crewneck and a relaxed fit. I love the print on the front, and that seems to be what this brand is all about. Their name conveys the message that things are not always what they seem, and they attempt to showcase this in their designs. Check out more images of the sweater after the jump, but be sure to visit their website to see what else they have to offer!

Charity & Cultural Awareness Within The Community (Part 1 of 3) - LONDON

Lyrix Organix – www.lyrixorganix.com – @lyrixorganix

Lyrix Organix is a charity based organization that raises money and awareness for Doctors Without Borders through music and spoken word performances, created and organized by Dan Tsu. I first met Dan at an event that Kal Lavelle invited me to, called  The Relay Loop Sessions. Several musicians would be performing (on that day, Shlomo, Dizraeli, Joe Driscoll, Z-Star, Aruba Red and Kal Lavelle), and whoever started (on the day it was Kal) plays two or three of their own songs, then a collaborative song with whoever is up next. It continues like this so that everyone performs with the person before them and after them, until Shlomo (who was last) and Kal (who was first) collaborate. At the end of the sessions, if there is time they jam out – all freestyle, all improve, all good.

Lyrix Organix has been constantly arranging events with emcees and singer songwriters ranging from Ed Sheeran to Akala, Fiona Bevan to Beyonder and more, and every little helps. You can find out more at their website, or follow their Twitter account.

You can check out a few videos taken during a particularly Relay Loop Session below:

AW11 Lookbook: D.S. Dundee

Here is by far the best lookbook i've seen for the current season as far as I'm concerned. I'm a big fan of very traditional clothes/outfits, that will still look stylish next year and for many years to come.

A lot of the campaigns I come across feature looks that stand out to me as being all too "fashionable" or "trendy". These are not words I enjoy using, or seeing to describe menswear.

With that in mind, the new collection from D.S. Dundee is right up my alley. All the following looks are timeless, using classic pieces and materials that will forever look great. These items are the ones that are worth investing in, due to their great quality and the fact that you can wear them year after year and still look great.
