New headphones arrived today, and with the weather still being so lovely, what better time to do a new mix, which is long overdue (evidence of this was the 150 songs in the 'New Mix' playlist). The mix is packed full of brand new House tracks, with a few oldies in there too, and on the whole it's my favourite songs at the minute to play out when the sun is shining like it is. Deep, funky, groovy, soulful - everything I love about House music is in here, so hopefully you'll enjoy it as much as I enjoyed putting it together. 'Hands Tied' is my favourite track from UK producer Until Silence's forthcoming EP, which will be the 10th release on the brilliant Pushing Red label. Obsessed with the vocal and can't get enough of the deep grooves. Beautiful tracks.

Italian DJ/producer Dino Lenny takes the bassline from the 1997 classic 'Psycho Killer' by Talking Heads and fuses it with Hardrive's House anthem 'Deep Inside', whilst putting his own stamp on it and adding some sick extra vocals. Lots of people try to rework classics, and usually fail, but this is perfectly executed and is on repeat here. There are also mixes of the prequel from Pirupa & Shadow Child.
