Mark Walters - Ericeira Travel

Here is a stunning new short film from Mark Walters, which was created in the love and support of a beautiful surfing/fishing town in Portugal called Ericeira. As Mark explains; "situated 30 min north of Lisbon airport you can find big smiles, plenty of waves, the beautiful blue ocean and some of the most accommodating people I have come across yet. I was asked to promote Ericeira by the owners of Seasound guesthouse". He has used the Koan Sound remix of The A-Team, which works in perfect harmony with the visuals and brings so much atmosphere and feel to the project as a whole. You can read more about the video HERE, and follow Mark on Twitter.

Oh My! - Kicking & Screaming

Here is the quirky new video and (free) single from pop duo Oh My! For this one, the girls have teamed up with Example and producer Ishi, who was the man behind Tinie Tempah's 'Written In The Stars'. They have something different and refreshing. I like different. You can download the track for free in the SoundCloud player below, and follow them on Twitter HERE.

The Cool Kids - Summer Jam (Feat. Maxine Ashley)

Big tune off The Cool Kids' long overdue debut album, When Fish Ride Bicycles, which is finally going to drop next week. This one features the brilliant Maxine Ashley and is produced by the one and only Pharrell Williams.

Lewi White - Young Guns (Feat. Ed Sheeran, Yasmin, Griminal & Devlin)

Here is the highly anticipated single from Lewi White, which has taken over Twitter for the past two weeks and was given its first spin on Mistajam's show tonight. Lewi is a legend of the Grime scene and has drafted in an all-star line-up to create this monster, which is nothing short of incredible. Big production, next level bars and a super catchy hook/chorus. Out on July 10th - pre-order HERE.

Trae Truth - I’m On (Feat. Lupe Fiasco, Big Boi, Wale, Wiz Khalifa & MDMA)

Bloody hell, what a line-up. Here is a new single from Trae's upcoming album, Street King, which will be available to buy on July 12th. Granted you won't like all of the song, but there is something in there for everyone. Lupe & Big Boi's verses are tight as ever.

Yogi - Follow You (Feat. Ayah Marar) (Mike Delinquent Remix)

WOIII! Mike Delinquent remix of Yogi's debut single on Ministry Of Sound; for those of you who don't know, Yogi was the man behind Wretch 32's hit single, Traktor. Featuring the stunning vocals of Ayah Marar, I can see this smashing up clubs all over the country this Summer. Mike never disappoints. Out on September 11th.

Ministry Of Funk - Sax Machine x People

Not too clued up on Ministry Of Funk, but here are two tracks from their new EP, Galactic Funk. Sampling two of my favourite songs of ALL-TIME, they have turned them both into groovy House records that are simply impossible to not nod your head or tap your feet to. No doubt that one (or both) of these will end up in my new mix.

Skream - Clamorous

Skream has just let this little beauty go on his SoundCloud - by no means his greatest work, but 99% of Dubstep producers would have this track on their album in flash. Just shows how much talent and diversity he has at his disposal. Really looking forward to the follow up to Outside The Box.

Clap Rules - Get Excited

My favourite track from the full-length debut Clap Rules album, which was released last week on Bear Funk. Clap Rules is the pseudonym of Fabrizio Mammarella, Andrea Gabriele and Max Leggieri, who all have a deep love for vintage equipment and recording techniques; they mix this up with a fresh modern approach to concoct electronic music with no boundaries. Sounds like something from the 60s/70s that has been recorded in 2030 - so much funk. Disco is still alive.

Example - Stay Awake (Alvin Risk Remix)

So, the second remix of Example's new single has just been given its first play on Mistajam's takeover show on Radio 1 - it comes courtesy of upcoming producer Alvin Risk, who is based in Washington DC, and is nothing short of mind-blowing. The Dubstep remix of this always had the potential of being massive, but this is on a whole new level of awesomeness. The producers that Example gets on board for his EPs are a testament to his musical knowledge, drafting them in from all over the world and having faith in underground artists such as Alvin. Don't have anything else to say on this - just listen below, make up your own mind and then buy it on August 28th. MESSED UP GENERATION!
