Black Hand Side

One of my favourite tracks from Pharoahe Monch’s new album, W.A.R., which features Styles P & Phonte. Unfortunately this is only the watermarked/promo copy, but I still have a feeling that this will be one of the best Hip-Hop releases of 2011. You can get your copy on March 22nd.

Here is a track taken from Giggs’ new mixtape, Take Your Hats Off, which is produced by Bayoz Muzik and features Example on the chorus. This is absolutely massive, so I’m looking forward to hearing to the rest of the tape later. You can download it HERE.

What The Lovers Do

My favourite track from Saigon’s new album, The Greatest Story Never Told, which features rapper Devin The Dude. This is a banger. You should go and get the album if you’re feeling it.

Cicadas

Tom Middleton’s new EP was released the other day; this remix by Maya Jane is my favourite out of the 3 on there. She has definitely made this her own, creating a funky and frenetic dancefloor shaker that would get any club bouncing. A copious amount of talent.

Music, Music, Music

A thumping electro banger from Mr. B More. You can understand why it got the title Music, Music, Music. This needs to be LOUD to truly appreciate.

Goodbye Mike

Forgot to post this the other day. As well all know, Mike Skinner released his last album as The Streets this week, but before signing off he dropped into the XFM studios to do a spectacular little live session to show us that he’s still got it. He did two tracks from the new album and two all-time classics. Below you can hear a monstrous version of Blinded By The Lights and HERE you can download the whole session. Thanks for the music Mike.

In

The Clubhouse released a 5-track EP today, and this is my favourite from it. Featuring Blu, Freddie Gibbs & Homeboy Sandman; this is everything I love about Hip-Hop. A hard beat and nothing but sick rhymes.

Everybody Dance

Leisuregroove & Kevin Andrews have taken C&C Music Factory’s all-time classic and made it into a frenetic tech-house banger. I love this.
