Wiley’s done his own version of Skepta’s massive track, Mike Lowery. Not sure if it’s better than JME’s, but it’s still sick.

Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 4:01PM Sick new video for NaS & Damian Marley’s latest single, Patience. This is still my favourite album of last year - they have a special chemistry.

Monday, February 7, 2011 at 7:34PM Visuals for one of my favourite tracks from Shad’s latest album, TSOL. This is one of the best music videos I’ve seen for a long time. Sums up the meaning of the song perfectly.
Monday, February 7, 2011 at 5:56PM Created in 2006, this remembrance piece is created as a tribute to the memory and legacy of James “J.Dilla” Yancey. This is a piece designed for his fans and supporters who knew of his accomplishments before February 2006 and those that have grown to appreciate his genius. Here, we gain a greater insight and understanding about our musical icon.

New tune from Caspa, which really is a ‘Neck Snappah’. I can’t work out whether I love it or hate it. Thoughts? (I do like the cover)

Here is one of my favourite tracks from the new Streets album, Computer & Blues, which will be released tomorrow. This is about 1 million times better than Everything Is Borrowed. Lyrically he is as good as ever. I urge you to get yourself a copy tomorrow - you will not be disappointed. This is the perfect way for Skinner to bow out. I will miss The Streets.

Here is a beautiful new track from Melanie Durrant, which is produced by Canadian beat maker/singer Slakah The Beatchild. Slakah is one of my favourite musicians at the moment and Durrant has a pretty spectacular voice/tone. This is a beautiful R&B jam that is pretty much impossible not to stick on repeat.

Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at 8:46PM Visuals for Ben Westbeech’s latest single, Falling. One of the most under-rated artists in this country. This has a definite Jamiroquai feel to it. I love it.
