London Grammar dropped by the Radio 1 Live Lounge earlier today and delivered what can only be a described as a stunning rendition of Miley Cyrus' 'Wrecking Ball'. Quite easily my favourite breakthrough band of 2013 and this video shows exactly why.

Rudimental stopped by the Radio 1 Live Lounge earlier today and delivered an absolutely sensational mash-up of Eminem's 'Monster' and One Direction's 'The Story of My Life as their self-chosen cover. Yet another example of how far ahead these guys are of nearly everybody else out there. Pure talent.

Nicolas Jaar & Dave Harrington dropped by the Maida Vale studios this week to perform a special live lounge session for Heidi's show on the Radio 1 Residency. Along with this track, the pair also performed 'Paper Trails' and never before heard cover of 'Planet Caravan' by Black Sabbath - you can listen to those HERE. Pretty damn special.

As part of a recent late night Radio 1 live lounge, Manchester-based group The 1975 treated us to a fantastic cover of Chris Malinchak's infectious House record 'So Good To Me'. Having had the original for over a year and with everyone now rinsing it, I've stopped playing it, but this is just genius.
