Jamie XX takes one of my favourite tracks from The XX's sophmore album and gives it a subtle injection of Dance. This guy's work rate is second to none, and what he produces is never short of wonderful. Get it HERE.

Bath-hailing Medrea yesterday took to his Soundcloud to upload an unfinished version of a collaboration with Onza, which takes the form of the irresistably funky "For Me". Employing some rather sexy vocals over an old-school bassline, this is yet another testament to why I've been so impressed with this kid's output as of late. Release date unknown but a properly good bit of music nonetheless.

Mendoza transforms Craig David's classic 'Fill Me In' into a modern day Garage dancefloor killer, with a simple, but very effective rework. The boy done good, this is doper than dope.

Following numerous plays in sets and online streams over the past few months, Boddika yesterday unleashed his VIP mix of his and Joy Orbison's brain melting single 'Mercy', which is set to be released on the forthcoming 'Think & Change' album. Ouch.

Dripping with Funk & Soul, here is Bonar Bradberry's remix of the Crazy P single, which is packed full of old skool vibes, but has enough nu-skool flavour to keep the kids interested. The PBR Streetgang man had a massive 2012, and is set to have an even bigger 2013.

Dave Spoon doesn't seem to be slowing up with the Shadow Child material in 2013, yesterday uploading this brand new remix of the Delphic single 'Baiya'. Such a unique sound, that hasn't got boring yet, not one bit.

DJ Pantha adds some UK Bass flavour to the hit single from Pop princess Rihanna. Much prefer this to the original.

Bicep with a dope 30 minute for Heidi's R1 Residency show, where she named the Irish duo as her ones to watch in 2013. Mine too Heidi, mine too.

Fleur, the lead singer of DJ Fresh's live show, is the back with the follow up single to her Cutline-produced debut solo 'Broken Mirror', which was premiered on Friction's show in October. Love this lady.

UK rapper Dr Syntax features on the new single from The Mouse Outfit, which makes for a wonderfully effortless piece of Jazz-infused Hip-Hop. One of the freshest pieces of music that I've heard for some time.
