Macca - Where Would I Be (Feat. J1 & Pressure)

'Where Would I Be' is one of my favourite tracks from Macca's new mix CD 'Monster Mac', which is being used as a lyrical exercise before he gives the world his debut album and second double single, 'I Do Me (Prod. Swifta Beater)/Spaceship Anthem Pt. 2 (Prod. Teddy Music)'. Been impressed by everything Stay Fresh has brought to the table over the past 12 months, but Mac in particular has fast become one of my favourite lyricists in the UK. His diversity and effortless ability to ride any beat is refreshing. Get your copy HERE.

Liam Bailey - Please Love Me (Official Video)

Visuals for the new single from Liam Bailey, who shot into the spotlight after his feature on Chase & Status' hit single 'Blind Faith' last year. This reminds me of Michael Kiwanuka, but with Liam's own twist of modern R&B and crossover Soul, with a hint of Northern Soul for good measure. Big fan, pre-order HERE.

Ben Pearce - What I Might Do

Although it's been floating around the internet for the past year since Solomun started to get behind it, Ben Pearce's 'What I Might Do' is still yet to be released, but shall be available soon on the brilliant Under The Shade. Genuinely one of the anthems of Summer 2012 from this extremely exciting Manchester-born talent.

George Harris - Don't Know

'I Don't Know' is the strongest track from Chorley-based singer/songwriter George Harris' debut EP 'Junior', which is set to be released August 31st on Hey Bert Records. If you're a fan of Alternative Rock/Folk, then this is for you - an incredibly strong debut from an independent artist, who has an abundance of talent. Keep up to date with George HERE.

Random Impulse - In A Hole x I Don't Really Care (Feat. Mikill Pane) (Semothy Jones Remix)

My two favourite tracks from Random Impulse's new EP 'Wildcard', which is the latest release on Brille Records. 'In A Hole' is a dope piece of guitar-driven Hip-Hop, which for me is lyrically Impulse's best track to date. The remix for 'I Don't Really Care' sees the London-based rapper call on a couple of friends, with a massive verse from Mikill Pane and production from Hip-Hop heavyweight Semothy Jones. Visions Of Trees - Novocaine (Melé Dub)

Last year Liverpool-born producer Melé came through with a massive remix for Vision Of Trees. Today he has offered up his dub version for free as part of a new 9 track instrumental EP called 'Melé Vanelé', which is being streamed exclusively by Soul Culture and is available to download HERE. Love the original remix, but this dub version is next level.

KCAT - Broken (Mike Delinquent Project Remix) (Preview)

Ripped from the recent DJ Q mix for FACT (see previous post), here is a preview of Mike Delinquent's remix for KCAT's forthcoming single 'Broken'. This has a massive old skool UKG flavour to it, but sounds ever so fresh for 2012 - words cannot describe my love for this. Coming soon...

Eric Turner - Dancing In My Head (Avicii’s Been Cursed Mix)

After dropping this way back in January(!), Avicii's remix of Eric Turner's 'Dancing In My Head' has now finally been released on Capitol Records. Many people have found it easy to slate Avicii following the success and over-playing of 'Levels', but there is no doubting that the guy is at the top of his game, and this is without my favourite piece of music from him so far. Cop HERE.
