My favourite joint from Strong Arm Steady’s latest album, Arms & Hammers, which features legendary Hip-Hop artist Kurupt. The album isn’t as good as their last (probably because it’s not produced by Madlib), but it’s still worth a listen as there are some massive tracks on there.
A funky cut from Cee-Lo’s latest album Lady Killer that wouldn’t have sounded out of place if it did make the final tracklist. It wouldn’t have been the best track on the album, but it was produced by Jack Splash, who was the man on the decks for ‘I Want You’, which was one of my favourites of 2010.
Here is underground rapper Stig Of The Dump going in over Flux Pavillion’s dubstep classic ‘Got To Know’, which is the first in his new bootleg series, Stig Of The Dub. This is sick.
Jamie XX & Yasmin, who have both been in the studio together recently, hit The Boiler Room on Valentine’s Day for a special B2B set, which saw the pair conjure up an hour long romantic mix of House/Garage classics. Hit the jump to see the tracklist.

As We Enter was one of my favourite singles of 2010 and now Bristol born garage producer Skinnz has put his own twist on it, creating a massive dancefloor shaker. BOOM!
First single off J. Period’s mixtape, Wake Up! Radio (available now), which sees Black, Rakim & JL revisit the classic Eric B & Rakim original. Thought is a lyrical genius. You can also check the sick new documentary about The Roots which dropped yesterday.
A monstrous new mix from Florida born and Philadelphia based Drum & Bass producer, Dieselboy. This is his most layered and nuanced studio mix to date. Returning to his old school mixtape roots where he isn’t limited to what tracks he could use or license, Dieselboy has used the opportunity to take Unleashed! to another level. Seriously, I feel sorry for your speakers. Listen & download below.
Another leak off Raekwon’s upcoming album, Shaolin vs. Wu-Tang, that features Ghostface, Jim Jones & Kobe. This has got me even more excited to hear what else the Chef has cooked up for the album, which drops March 8th.
Never been a massive fan of progressive house, but Michael Woods is a legend of the the Electronic scene and is someone who has a knack of consistently producing main room anthems; his latest single, First Aid, is no exception. This is massive - it was released at the back end of last week and you can get your copy HERE. He has also produced Example’s lead single from the upcoming 3rd album, which you will be able to hear on his UK tour that started on Tuesday.
A brand new delicious deep house track from Low Deep T, who simply has one of the most soothing voices I’ve ever heard. I could listen to this on repeat for about 4 hours and never get bored of it - I think impossible to not sing along. There is also a sick alternative version, which features Lora Maspimby on the sax, and you can listen to that here.
