Earlier today, New York native and hip-hop heir Joey BADA$$ dropped some incredibly cool visuals for his track "Waves", one of my choice cuts from his recently released mixtape 1999. The Freddie Joachim-produced track is a sublimely cool demonstration of his talent, and sits comfortably amongst an incredible selection of tracks. Lost a bit of faith in hip-hop in the last 12 months or so, but this guy (who, as a sidenote, is only 17) is bringing it proper.
