AH YEAH! Here are two of my favourite tracks from Common's highly anticipated ninth studio album, The Dreamer/The Believer, which is set to be released December 20th on Warner Bros. After hearing 4 of the 12 tracks, and knowing No I.D. was behind the boards for the entire project, I had a feeling this was going to be pretty special, but it's exceeded all my expectations after just a handful of listens. Hip-Hop in its purest art form, from my favourite rapper of all-time and one of the greatest producers of all-time. Got nothing else to say about this, but just believe me when I say this album has definitely been worth the wait. Lonnie Lynn & Ernest Wilson have an untouchable chemistry.

The title track and my favourite track from Astro Raph's forthcoming Electro-infused EP, which is set to be released February 1st on Busted Beats. A bit different to his usual work, Astro fuses House and Dubstep to create this simply stunning piece of music that you can't help but fall in love with. The whole EP is on repeat, but this track in particular has blown my mind.

Here is the new single from Vitamin D, which is set to be released 25th January on his incredible label, Cold Busted. The signature Cold Busted sound is of course present, but with the uniqueness of D's sampling technique and forward-thinking style, this is another CB special to add to an already incredible back catalogue. Listen, and lose yourself in the music.

Premiered the other night on Mistajam's show, here is a brand new piece from Samuel Wire, who some of you may know as Example's tour DJ or the label owner of MTA Records. However, Wire has been around as a producer for a long time now, and no matter whether it's Dubstep, Drum & Bass or Electro, he always smashes it. Coming soon on Steve Aoki's label, Dim Mak Records.

Frequent collaborators Excision & Downlink call on Ajapai to join them for the latest release on Rottun Recordings. Bit too heavy for me, but a sick track for any hardcore Dubstep heads out there. Get your copy HERE.
Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 3:55PM D Double E ends 2011 by bringing us some cool visuals for the most well received track from his latest EP, Bluku Bluku. Get your copy HERE.

Here is the lead track from Project Alfie's forthcoming mixtape, The Project Alfie Mixtape (clever ay?), which is set to be released on December 27th. The track sees Alfie sample 'Dead President's' by Jay-Z, whilst adding some of his own unique Soul/Vintage Pop flavour, thus creating a simply superb piece of music. Always worries me when people play with a classic, but this kid has something really likeable about him, and I'll definitely be downloading the mixtape when it drops.
