Ziggy Marley - Wild And Free (Feat. Woody Harrelson)

Here is the title track from Ziggy Marley's upcoming fourth studio album, Wild And Free, which is somewhat of an homage to the Wailer's 'Catch a Fire, which was famously packaged as a Zippo lighter. As Ziggy himself explains, this is a pro-cannabis track, a track that is trying to speak the truth about the plant that has been criminalized, demonized. I prefer Damian & Stephen's music, but I love how all the brother's have their own unique style/sound - cool album.

Beyoncé - Party (Feat. André 3000)

A new track from Beyoncé's upcoming album, 4, which features OutKast member André 3000 and is produced by G.O.O.D. Music buddies KanYe West & Consequence. Nothing to say about this track, apart from the fact that it is absolutely amazing. Thank you B.

The Brookes Brothers - Daybreak (Feat. Tasha Baxter)

This album seems to have leaked in fits and starts over the past 12 months, but finally this week the highly anticipated debut album from The Brookes Brothers was finally released. Here is my favourite track from it, which features the stunning vocals of Tasha Baxter. D&B tune of the Summer.

Nero's Dubstep Symphony

Tonight saw Mistajam and Zane Lowe present a piece of history in the form of Nero's Dubstep Symphony. As the name implies, it saw Dubstep duo Nero team up with the BBC's Philharmonic Orchestra to perform their well-known hits in a completely unique classical style. A couple of hundred lucky people got the chance to watch the performance live at the new Salford based BBC studios, but thankfully it was broadcast for the rest of us on Radio 1/1Xtra, and through the Radio 1 webcam. Jam & Zane are forever pushing the boundaries, and this was no exception - who ever thought you would see a Dubstep duo performing with a full Orchestra? I know I didn't, and I truly believe that this is one of the greatest pieces that the BBC has ever broadcast, which is why I have taken the time to provide you all with the MP3. I was going to split them up, but for me it's imperative that you listen to it from start to finish. Enjoy and download, HERE. New levels, and a new genre - Orchestep.

Sebo K - Mr. Duke

Mr. Duke is nothing short of a Summer anthem. Opening with a delicately constructed rhythm pattern that eventually makes way for beautiful synths, which build and lift your hands in the air with them. It warms you up just as the sun does, re-appearing from behind a cloud and covering your body in its rays. Summer and Sebo K is the perfect combination.

Jamie XX - Far Nearer

Here is Jamie XX's debut single on Numbers - he has stayed true to his roots, being as unique as ever, making the slightly bizarre vocals work perfectly with the steel drum infused beat. You can listen to the track below and then get your copy from Numbers. This young man is what is commonly known as a genius.

Lenny Kravitz - Stand

Lenny's lead single from his upcoming highly-anticipated ninth studio album, Black And White America. Uplifting soft rock that sounds like it's come straight out of the 60s. Super stuff, Mr. Kravitz.

Elzhi – It Ain’t Hard To Tell

Second video from Elzhi's tribute mixtape to NaS and his classic Hip-Hop release, Illmatic. Elzhi is probably better than your favourite MC. If you've been living under a rock, then you can download the tape HERE.

City And Colour - We Found Each Other In The Dark x The Grand Optimist

Here are my two favourite tracks from Little Hell, which is the third album by City And Colour, an acoustic side project of Alexisonfire vocalist/guitarist Dallas Green. It will be released on June 7th and is the highly-anticipated follow-up to the 2008’s Bring Me Your Love, which was certified platinum in Green’s native Canada. The album is worth buying for these two tracks alone. We Found Each Other In The Dark is one of the most beautiful love songs I've heard for an incredibly long time.
